Last week, I shared that I was in the last days of recovery from COVID-19. This week, I’m mostly recovered. I do have one remaining symptom. I’m still running a low temperature. It hasn’t gone above 97.3°F since I caught the ‘Rona, and that only happened twice. All other times, the thermometer read 97.1°F.
That said, we’re in good enough shape to head out of Mexico. I had originally planned on staying put until the end of August, but changes at work and school caused me to shift my plans.
So, why am I leaving so soon? And what’s next? Unfortunately, there’s good news and bad news—but that’s the way the wind blows when you live full-time on the road.
